RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Check-in time is 12 PM – 8 PM. You are kindly requested to inform us in advance about your arrival time. The room is available after 1 PM: however, if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage.
Check-out time is 10 AM.
Children: up to the age of three, they sleep in their parents’ bed free of charge; children between 3 and 12 pay 50% of the price per person.
Any type of additional bed or cradle is available on request and after confirmation by the structure.
Small-sized pets are allowed after communication. Groups are welcome.
Minimum stay: 3 days (this only apply from August 5 till August 25).

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices are per person per day and include: water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, initial supply of towels and bed linen, courtesy service.
Guests can use the solarium terrace only after receiving confirmation from the structure.
Children: up to the age of three, they sleep in their parents’ bed free of charge; children between 3 and 8 pay 50% of the price per person.
Any type of additional bed or cradle is available on request and after confirmation by the structure.

Final cleaning: (mandatory) = Euros 30.00 (studio), Euros 40.00 (two rooms), Euros 50.00 (three rooms)
Daily replacement of bed linen and towels: (optional) = Euros 10.00 per person.
Daily replacement of towels only: (optional) = Euros 5.00 per person
Daily replacement of single bed linen only: (optional) = Euros 5.00 per person
Daily replacement of double bed linen only: (optional) = Euros 7.00 per person.
Check-in: from 12 PM till 9 PM. You are kindly requested to notify your arrival time in advance. The room is available after 1 PM; however, if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage.
Check out time is 1 PM.
Minimum stay: 5 days (this only apply from August 5 till August 25).
Flats are available also for short periods with discount packages in middle and low season.
Balance payment on delivery of the flat. Deposit money: €100, which will be returned before leaving.
Payments
The prices indicated above are per day per person in Economy rooms.
Methods of payment accepted to confirm reservations: bank transfer; money order.
Retainer (30% of the amount) by money order, banker’s check or personal check to be sent by registered letter with advice of the receipt to: Restuccia Alessandra – Via G. Reservation
In order for your reservation to be confirmed, you must pay 30% of the total reservation amount by bank transfer or money order, to be made after receiving the confirmation of the availability.
Cancellation
The cancellation terms vary according to the type. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will be retained by the structure.
